Q. How is my Print Produced?

A. All Hansen Fine Art Exclusive Prints are printed in the same manner on two different papers. Standard prints are printed on heavyweight 300gsm satin paper while the Artist Proofs are printed on 300gsm Sterling Cotton Rag both by the Giclee method. The inks used in production are guaranteed against fading for 75 years.

Q. What is your postage policy?

A. We have five postage rates for U.K:

   
           £1.25 for orders under £5.00 sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded

    £4.50 for orders under £60.00 sent by Yodel 3-5 Day Courier

           £5.95 for orders over £60.00 sent by Yodel 3-5 Day Courier

           £7.50 for orders under £35.00 sent by Next Day Special Delivery by 1pm

           £11.00 for orders over £35.00 sent by next day Special Delivery by 1pm

           FREE for orders over £150.00 sent by Yodel 3-5 Day courier

Q. What is your refund/cancellation policy.

A.

It is your legal right to cancel an item before it has been sent out and to return an item if faulty. To receive a refund for "Change of Mind" we require an email immediately after purchase explaining that you have ordered by mistake. Once an item has been shipped we take no responsibility for the cost of postage back to us.

In cases of damage by the Postal service please email us with a photograph of the damage to the print and tube. We will then assess your claim and, if in agreement, will refund your money within 5 working days or send out a replacement.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. – For Hansen Fine Art Exclusive Prints

Orders are usually dispatched in 24-72 hours. You will be notified by E-mail of your parcels dispatch and tracking number. All HFA Exclusive prints are sent by Yodel Parcel courier or Royal Mail Special delivery if requested

A.- For Cards, Calendars and other prints

These will normally be dispatched same-day if the order is placed before 1pm. Delivery time is 1-3 days for items sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, 3-5 days by Yodel courier and next day for Special Delivery.

Q. What is a Remarque?

A. A Remarque is a small original pencil drawing in the border of a print. Prints can carry up to two Remarques. Remarqued prints are worth more in the long run and the ones offered by Hansen Fine Art come from our Artists Proof stock produced on 300gsm Cotton-Rag paper. Due to time demands on our artists a Remarque print can take up to six weeks to be delivered.
